| Peace be on you, O
son of the Messenger of Allah! Peace be on you, O son of the
Commander of the faithfuls! |
اَلسَّلاَمُ
عَلَيْكَ يَا
ابْنَ رَسُولِ
اللَّهِ السَّلاَمُ
عَلَيْكَ يَا
ابْنَ أَمِيرِ
الْمُؤْمِنِين |
| Peace be on you, O
son of the chief of all the women of the worlds! |
السَّلاَمُ
عَلَيْكَ يَا
ابْنَ سَيِّدَةِ
نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِين |
| I stand witness that
you established prayers, and paid the poor-due, |
أَشْهَدُ
أَنَّكَ أَقَمْتَ
الصَّلاَةَ
وَ آتَيْتَ
الزَّكَاة |
| preached goodness, proscribed
evil, |
وَ
أَمَرْتَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
وَ نَهَيْتَ
عَنِ الْمُنْكَر |
| had sincerely served Allah,
strived, leaving no stone unturned, against heavy odds, in the
cause of Allah, to the fullest extent, till the inevitable came
unto you. |
وَ
عَبَدْتَ اللَّهَ
مُخْلِصاً
وَ جَاهَدْتَ
فِي اللَّهِ
حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ
حَتَّى أَتَاكَ
الْيَقِين |
| So "peace be on you"
from me so far I live, and the orbit of "nights following
days" call it a day;and on the pure people of your house,
|
فَعَلَيْكَ
السَّلاَمُ
مِنِّي مَا
بَقِيتُ وَ
بَقِيَ اللَّيْلُ
وَ النَّهَارُ
وَ عَلَى آلِ
بَيْتِكَ الطَّيِّبِينَ
الطَّاهِرِين |
| I, O my Mawlaa, again and
again willingly pay allegiance to you, and to your family. I
am at peace with him who makes )his( peace with you. I make
war against him who goes to war with you. |
أَنَا
يَا مَوْلاَيَ
مَوْلًى لَكَ
وَ لِآلِ بَيْتِكَ
سِلْمٌ لِمَنْ
سَالَمَكُمْ
وَ حَرْبٌ لِمَنْ
حَارَبَكُم |
| I truly believe in your innermost
best aspect, in your evident public role, in your externally
anpearing style, in your mystical dimensions of spirit. |
مُؤْمِنٌ
بِسِرِّكُمْ
وَ جَهْرِكُمْ
وَ ظَاهِرِكُمْ
وَ بَاطِنِكُم |
| Allah condemns your enemies,
those of old, and those of later time. I turn to Allah, the
highly praised, . breaking all connections with them. |
لَعَنَ
اللَّهُ أَعْدَاءَكُمْ
مِنَ الْأَوَّلِينَ
وَ الْآخِرِينَ
وَ أَنَا أَبْرَأُ
إِلَى اللَّهِ
تَعَالَى مِنْهُم |
| O my Mawlaa!O Abaa Muhammad!)and(
O my Mawlaa! O Abaa Abdullaah! today is Monday, it belongs to
both of you, refers to your names, |
يَا
مَوْلاَيَ
يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ
يَا مَوْلاَيَ
يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ
اللَّهِ هَذَا
يَوْمُ الْإِثْنَيْنِ
وَ هُوَ يَوْمُكُمَا
وَ بِاسْمِكُمَا |
| in its hours I take refuge
with both of you, make me feel at home, a most generous friendly
welcome, because whoso turns to you for accomodation lives in
ease and comfort, |
وَ
أَنَا فِيهِ
ضَيْفُكُمَا
فَأَضِيفَانِي
وَ أَحْسِنَا
ضِيَافَتِي
فَنِعْمَ مَنِ
اسْتُضِيفَ
بِهِ أَنْتُمَا |
| and in this hour it is I
who is in your neighborhood, so let me be near you. Verily both
of you have been chosen and assigned to give asylum and refuge. |
وَ
أَنَا فِيهِ
مِنْ جِوَارِكُمَا
فَأَجِيرَانِي
فَإِنَّكُمَا
مَأْمُورَانِ
بِالضِّيَافَةِ
وَ الْإِجَارَة |
| Blessings of Allah be on
you both, and on your pure children. |
فَصَلَّى
اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمَا
وَ آلِكُمَا
الطَّيِّبِين |
